Because this is a customized/personalized item, returns & refunds are not accepted, unless there was an error in the spelling of the name or dates, thus it is very important that these are checked and confirmed prior to submitting your order.
Once an order is submitted and personalized information is confirmed, each Create-A-Keychain normally takes 5-7 days to produce and is shipped out immediately after the item is completely cured.
Shipping takes 1-3 business days if shipped within the US.
There is an addtional fee for expedited shipping.

When you order a personalized product, we use your specific instructions to create a one-of-a-kind item for you. This means that we cannot sell the product to someone else if you decide to return it. Additionally, we incur costs to create personalized products, such as the cost of the materials and the time it takes to create the product. If we were to allow returns and exchanges, we would lose money on every returned product.
3. What are my options if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
If you are not satisfied with your personalized resin product, we apologize for the inconvenience. We offer a few options to help you resolve your issue:
You can contact us and we will try to work with you to find a solution.
You can keep the product and use it as-is.
You can donate the product to a charity.
4. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to replace the product or refund your purchase.
