If we were to allow returns and exchanges, we would lose money on every returned product.

    If you are not satisfied with your personalized resin product, we apologize for the inconvenience. We offer a few options to help you resolve your issue:

     

    You can contact us and we will try to work with you to find a solution.

    You can keep the product and use it as-is.

    You can donate the product to a charity.
