As our products are personalized, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there was a spelling mistake or the color was not what you picked.

We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Please note that any errors must be reported immediately upon receipt of your product.


If you receive a damaged product due to shipping, please contact the courier company immediately to report the damage. Gee Craftz is not liable for any damages that occur during shipment, but we will work with you to make things right.

Please inspect your package carefully upon receipt and take photos of any damage to the packaging and the product itself. Email the photos to along with your order number and a description of the damage.

If the courier company accepts responsibility for the damage, they will provide instructions on how to file a claim. Once the claim is approved, we will replace your damaged product free of charge.

Please note that we cannot replace damaged products if the courier company denies the claim or if the damage was caused by mishandling or misuse of the product.
